Materials
• Pattern (click to download a pdf file)
• Lightweight cardboard (cereal box)
• Rubber cement, glue stick, or school glue
• Scissors or craft knife
• Hole punch or awl to make holes
• 2 small Brads

Directions
• Glue pattern to cardboard.
• Cut out parts.
• Using hole punch or awl, put hole in pieces at dots.
• Fold tabs on vanes and glue to alidade so fold aligns with dotted line and vanes stick straight up.
• Fasten alidade to center of plate with small brad.
• Fasten ring and shackle to top of plate.
