Shipping Charges
We ship packages via UPS ground within the United States. If you would like expedited or international service, please indicate this on your order. The additional charge will be applied to your total at time of processing. Sculpture reproductions required additional shipping, call for quote.

All in stock items are shipped within two to three business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered within seven to ten business days.
Internation Options
International packages will be shipped via US Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Please specify surface or air service. International Shipping Charges will be calculated at the time of processing and will be added to your total order. Packages are uninsured and The Mariners' Museum is not responsible for lost shipments.

If you would rather order by fax, please print a copy of your order form, fill it in completely, and fax it to (757) 591-7334. You may also call us with your order at (757) 591-7792 or (800) 259-3916 during regular shop hours, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and Sunday, noon to 5:30 P.M. For fast service, please have the item numbers and your credit card ready. If you are a member of The Mariners' Museum, please have your membership number ready to receive your 10% member discount on most products.
Payment Information
The Mariners' Museum Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks must be in U.S. dollars from a U.S. bank only and should be made payable to The Mariners' Museum Shop.
Order Confirmation
We will automatically send an email order confirmation to the email address indicated.
Refunds
If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. If we incorrectly filled your order or if the item arrived damaged, we will refund your shipping costs.
Special Discounts for Museum Members
